Here i go again.. Chocolate inspo inside!

Ive whipped up this chocolate adeora teabread out of my cadburys cookbook i got from santa 👌🏻

Smells fabulous... I substitued half the milk chocolate for white too!

Cannot wait to try it after dinner!!

Blueberry streusel muffins

First bake in a few weeks... I had some extra blueberries in the fridge so it had to be something blueberry. Also hopefully i can cram one of these in my son's lunchbox as its chocolate free!

French toast ala moi

I haven't posted and baking goodness in a while because we have a new puppy and she is keeping me very busy and giving me the run around... ALOT! 

This morning i cooked myself some french toast as a post school run treat.

Super easy and yummy! Honey/syrup and banana would also be a great topping i think!

Guacamole!

Just whipped myself up some fresh guacamole... Trying to find some healthier options for myself not too far out of my norm! 

Saw this recipe on pinterest and ive adpated it slightly... This made enough for two portions for me which i squished into a ramekin! 

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

1 tomato chopped

Some finelly chopped shallots ( to taste)

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper

I mashed the avocado, then chopped the tomatos and onions, stirred in and then added the lemon juice.

Store in fridge

Looks like guacamole... Tastes super fresh!

Hulk smash cake

Most of today i've been baking a hulk smash cake for my nephew. I never attempted one of these before so i was rather nervous but all went well!

Grinding oreos for the dirt...

Happy New Year!

It is twenty past 3 on new years eve afternoon and I thought i'd just get a quick post in! I hope you all have a fantastic, happy and healthy 2016!

I myself will not be making a resolution this year which I hardly ever keep. I am very glad to be rid of the heartache and horrible people of this past year and move on to making 2016 a great one for myself and my family!

How will you all be spending tonight?

We are going to family for food and games with the children... I doubt I will make it til 12, I'm sure ill be tucked up by then!

Christmas day is here!

Merry Christmas all... Just a quick post whilst i have a minute!

I have tried to prepare as much as possible in advance this year as im cooking for the family and i wanted to have the morning free for playing with toys... So far successful!

Here's a few things i have baked

Slow cooker fudge...

Absoloutely gorge and i dont even like fudge normally. 

Clementine and walnut mince pies

Shortbread

Cookies for santa and gingersnaps!

And then theres the mahoosive christmas dinner still on its way... Turkey is resting and the gammon is just about cooked! Now i must go and play with the kiddies. Merry Christmas everyone 🎅🏼😍
