Yummy chocolate truffles!

Tonight i have made up some extremely yummy chocolate truffles... I came across the recipe whilst watching the pioneer woman on food network! I love watching her!

I split the mix in half and made half mint truffles and half strawberry.

They are so delicious!

I shall make these in abundance for christmas as a yummy treat for when family come round! 🎄🎉😍

Choc chip cookies for the stinkers!

Today i resolved myself to the ract that i would sit on my bottom all day.... That didn't last past 11am! 

The kitchen was calling me!

I baked some white chocolate chip cookies for my boys when they get back from school. They are always hungry these days, i think theyre having growth spurts at the same time 😁

These cookies started off by melting the butter first before beating with sugar and then adding dry ingredients. They make a super moist cookie which is delicious warm... I tried one 🙊

A cake for macmillan!

Today i have baked my contribution for a macmillan coffee morning and i am very pleased with it :))

Its a 3 layer banana and pecan cake filled and topped with a delicious toffee buttercream... Its definitely one of my favourites!!
