Oreo ice cream.. One for my boys!

I came across this recipe in a magazine and couldn't resist giving it a try, it is super easy!

1tsp vanilla extract

About 10 oreo cookies

250g condensed milk

500ml double cream

Whisk the cream and vanilla into soft peaks.

Fold in condensed milk and crushed oreos.

Freeze for 4-6 hours... I took it out and stirred every hour!

This just happened!

Today i have made some Double chocolate oat cookies... They are fresh out of the oven and smelling delish! I've added a dash of cinnamon in this recipe so im eager to try one and see how it tastes 😉

My boy's and i made a chocolate fudge cake this bank holiday!

They completely made the cake themselves with mummy's help with the icing! 🙊
