Chocolate toffee and peanut shortbread squares!

Today is Sunday and along with cooking a roast I am baking!

Today's bake is chocolate, toffee and peanut shortbread squares.... The shortbread smelt lovely once it started cooking :)  They taste quite peanutty so this is one for the nut lovers!

I think next on my list will be coffee and walnut tray bake!

TODAY'S BAKE!

This is what I have been creating today :) Very pleased with this one I adapted a banana cake recipe into a chocolate banana cake and made my own salted caramel and used it in the frosting along with walnuts! YUM!

I am SO excited!

I'm going to enter a local bake off competition... I have not long ago seen the advert and i think it's a must to get word out! A great opportunity! 😃

I won't give out any details of what i'm baking though until after as it is a competition after all ;)

Hi all,

I'm in the process of getting things together...cupcake wise!  I have been trying to make a logo for cards and packaging etc. and this is what I have come up with.  Please let me know what you think! :)

I have also been researching flavour combo's and I think my next experiment will be an apple cupcake with a toffee buttercream and drizzle!
